At Rozkart, we strive to deliver your daily essentials as fast as possible.

1. Dispatch Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before dispatch.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days.

• Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days.

• North East & J&K: 7-10 Business Days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders.

• COD Orders: A flat shipping fee of ₹49 (or Free above ₹499) applies to Cash on Delivery orders.

4. Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. You can also track your order on our "Track Order" page.

5. Courier Partners We use trusted partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees to ensure safe handling of your electronics and grooming kits.
