Returns & Replacements

We want you to love your Rozkart gear. However, due to the nature of our products, we have category-specific return policies.

1. Electronics (Daily Tech)

  • 7-Day Replacement Warranty: If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-working electronic product (Earbuds, Smartwatch, Trimmer), we will replace it for free.

  • Requirement: Please share an unboxing video or photos of the defect to [Support Email/WhatsApp].

  • Note: We do not offer returns for "Change of Mind" on electronics once the seal is broken.

2. Men’s Grooming (Face, Body, Beard)

  • Non-Returnable: Due to hygiene reasons, grooming products (Face Wash, Beard Oil, Razors) are Non-Returnable once delivered.

  • Damaged/Leaked Items: If the bottle arrives broken or leaked, we will issue a full refund or send a fresh replacement immediately.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. WhatsApp us at [Your Phone Number] or Email [Your Email].

  2. Share your Order ID and a photo/video of the issue.

  3. Our team will approve the request within 24 hours and arrange a reverse pickup.

4. Refunds

  • Prepaid: Refunded to original payment source within 5-7 days.

  • COD: Refunded via UPI or Bank Transfer.
